We have a new convenient location for servicing customers in Katoomba starting on Friday 29 September: We’re relocating our Katoomba office to downstairs in the Town Centre Arcade, 81 – 83 Katoomba St, Katoomba.
In partnership with Belong Blue Mountains Community and Neighbourhood Services we are very pleased to be able to deliver services to our clients from a new central location in the heart of Katoomba.
What are the opening hours?
We will now be open for appointments and drop-ins all day on Monday and Fridays between 8.30am – 4.30pm.
If you don’t wish to visit on Mondays and Fridays or would like to contact us at other times, you can call us, request that your Tenancy Manager visits you at your home or visit our Penrith office.
The newly refurbished office is right in the centre of Katoomba — we hope you will find the new location welcoming and a good experience the moment you step through the door.
