Have your say
There are many ways you can get involved and guide decisions about your housing, neighbourhood and community. This includes joining a Local Resident Meting or Tenant Advisory Group.
As well as joining these groups, you can have your say by joining meetings at your property, participating in our surveys and attending workshops and forums such as the annual Tenant Voice Forum.
Local Resident Meetings
Do you want to get involved in your community and make a positive difference? When you join a Local Resident Meeting you can voice your opinions about our services and provide feedback to Housing Managers and other staff members. Our current Meetings are:
- West Ryde and Eastwood (Mandarin interpreter available)
- North Ryde and Marsfield (Mandarin interpreter available)
- Ryde and Gladesville (Mandarin interpreter available)
- Lower North Shore
- Hornsby and Waitara
- Northern Beaches
- Pennant Hills, Beecroft and Normanhurst
For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tenant Advisory Groups (TAGs)
Our TAGs are forums for residents to give feedback on services, policies and procedures that impact residents. TAG members also plan actions and advocate to improve the quality of life of residents and the community.
We have five TAGs in Sydney: Chatswood, Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and YarnUp Blue Mountains. Our TAGs meet four or five times a year.
What would I be doing?
As a member of a TAG, you can:
- review our policies and procedures that affect residents.
- advocate for tenants.
- work on community programs, projects and events.
- And much, much more!
You can be involved as little or as much as you would like. However, you are required to attend some regular meetings.
How to join my local TAG?
If you would like to join or learn more about TAG, you can either:
- email email@example.com
- call your local office.
If you have any questions, please call your local office or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
