Link Wentworth runs monthly Community Support Hubs in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Penrith and Ryde.
The support hubs bring a range of free support services together to create a ‘one stop support shop’, making it easier for members of the community to know what support is available and how to access it. The hubs have seen some fantastic outcomes and helped countless people.

Penrith – First Monday of each month, 11am – 1pm at Thornton Community Centre, 61 Lord Sheffield Cct, Penrith Blue Mountains – Hawkesbury – First Wednesday of every second month, 11am – 1pm at Hawkesbury Leisure & Learning Centre, 114 March Street, Richmond Ryde – First Thursday of every month, 11am – 1pm at St Anne’s Church, Ryde
