We are privileged to announce that the NSW Government has confirmed the Stockland Consortium as the delivery partner for the Waterloo Renewal Project at Waterloo South. Alongside our partners – Stockland, Birribee Housing and City West Housing – our team at Link Wentworth feels honoured to be part of this project because we know it will improve lives.
This renewal project is vital for Sydney โ for the generations of people who have called Waterloo home over past decades, for those who live there now, and for those who will go on to call it home in the future.
For 40 years, Link Wentworth has been focused on providing safe, secure and affordable homes for people who need help and support.
Link Wentworth are excited to have the opportunity to listen to, learn and work with the Waterloo community over the coming years, to ensure that homes and lives are improved.
We have the experience, the planning is well underway and now the focus is on community consultation and tenant engagement and bringing the Waterloo Renewal Project to life.
We look forward to working with the NSW Government and our partners, Birribee Housing, City West Housing Pty Ltd, and Stockland in Providing Homes and Building Futures for the community of Waterloo.
