Our biennial Tenant Satisfaction Survey is your chance to tell us what we can do better for you and your neighbours. Your feedback is important to us, it helps us understand what matters to you. We use your feedback to continue delivering what we do well and work on improving where required.
The Survey runs from September 4 to October 6 and contains questions about our tenancy services, communications, and your general well-being.
We last ran the survey in 2021 when 1,455 residents gave us an overall satisfaction score of 75%. We also learnt a little bit more about our community, with people from 28 different cultural backgrounds sharing their thoughts with us.
This year we’re hoping to hear from even more of you. You should have just received a paper copy of the survey in the mail, but you can also respond online by scanning the QR code on this page or visiting bit.ly/3soeNLT. We will be hosting multiple events throughout September to assist you to complete the survey. You can also drop into an office or call us for assistance to complete it.
And as a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, all entries will automatically be entered into a draw for the chance to win from a prize pool of $5,000.
There will also be spot prizes throughout September, so the sooner you send us your completed survey, the more chances you have to win!
