COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Ryde and Hornsby

In partnership with the Sydney North Health Network, Link Wentworth has organised two Pfizer vaccination clinics for our residents and families. Details listed below.

RYDE

Date: 21 October & 11 November 2021

Time: 10am to 12pm

Location: Community Room at 291-299 Blaxland Road and 10-12  Kulgoa Avenue, Ryde

Location: Community Room located at 41-43 Myra St and 47-49 Balmoral St, Wahroonga

• Bookings are essential

• Children between 12 – 16 years must have a parent or guardian attend

• Transportation options available

• If you are feeling unwell please do not attend the vaccination clinic and get tested immediately
