We have made some minor changes to your rent and non-rent statements. The statements now contain the phone number for the Chatswood and Penrith Hub, as well as your tenancy start and end dates.
We have also changed the wording of the transaction description when an adjustment is made to your account. Any adjustments made to your account at the start of your tenancy will state ‘Start of Tenancy Adjustment’. Similarly, any adjustments made to your account when your tenancy ends will state ‘End of Tenancy Adjustment’.
