In partnership with North Sydney Council, Link Wentworth delivered this thoughtfully designed apartment building in Cammeray which opened in late 2025. The four-storey residence provides 12 social housing units, more than double the dwellings that were available at the site before and provides residents with access to contemporary amenities and facilities.
The 12 self-contained units have shared laundry facilities, a communal living space, outdoor area and storage options. It is well-located and within walking distance to the Cammeray town centre. Nearby bus stops provide convenient connections to the CBD, Royal North Shore Hospital, Northern Beaches and a range of other areas.
Three of the units are accessible, which is above the minimum Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirement.
The development is designed with sustainable energy use in mind with well-considered fixtures and fittings to reduce operating expenses.
