Improving customer experience – Perci

Perci Rana started in August 2021 as our Customer Experience Manager. He leads the Client Services Team at the Chatswood Hub. They answer all incoming calls and aim to address your request during your first call.

Perci and the team are always looking at how to improve Link Wentworth’s services. Perci works directly with Amanda Murray, Head of Access & Customer Support within the broader Customer Team.

Favourite experience since joining Link Wentworth?

One of my favourite experiences since joining Link Wentworth has been attending my first staff meeting. The passion with which my new colleagues talked about and celebrated new customer-focused initiatives, and the overall positivity, cemented the fact (for me) that I have joined the right organisation.

Favourite part of your job?

Being involved in improvement projects and conversations, collaborating with and supporting our partners, and spending time with my team.

Favourite thing to do outside of work?

Swimming with my 3-year-old son.

Favourite holiday destination?

Hakuba, Japan.

Favourite food?

Favourite Dish: T-bone + roast Kale and jalapenos salad.

Favourite Cuisine: Japanese.
