Many residents have said they don’t like to see trolleys left outside their home or on their street. Thankfully, there is a quick and easy fix for this eyesore.
Trolleys are owned by the retailer who provides them, which means it’s their responsibility to collect them. You can report an abandoned trolley by contacting the retailer directly or by logging the trolley in an app.
Numbers you can call:
- 1800 876 553 (Coles)
- 1800 641 497 (Woolies)
- 13 25 34 (ALDI)
Apps you can download:
- Snap Send Solve This app allows you to report trolleys from all retailers. You can also use it to report dumped rubbish, abandoned cars, vandalism and other issues in your neighbourhood.
- TrolleyTracker This app is for Woolworths, Big W and Dan Murphys trolleys only. Reporting a trolley through the app puts you in the running for a monthly prize.
