This NAIDOC Week, Link Wentworth is launching Yarn Up – a series of events creating a welcoming space for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents to connect and share stories in a safe and supportive environment.

Link Wentworth’s Yarn Up is about building community, reducing isolation and creating opportunities for tenants to yarn, laugh, learn and support one another through shared experiences. Tenants will have the opportunity to share their personal experience, and feedback to Link Wentworth.
Sessions will be tenant lead and facilitated by Tasma Boyd, Link Wentworth Community Programs Coordinator (Aboriginal Identified).
It’s a chance to meet new people, reconnect with culture, or just come along for some refreshments and a chat. If you would like to come along, please see dates, times, and register your interest at the links below.
Yarn up is currently starting in:
- Hawkesbury – Wednesday 12 August
- Penrith – Monday 17 August
- Katoomba – Wednesday 19 August
- North Ryde – Wednesday 26 August
